The upstairs rooms have a private balcony. The downstairs rooms open out on to a patio and a grass area.

This spacious, north facing apartment features a lounge/dining area, LCD TV, DVD player and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartments are located on the ground floor, within 164 feet from the Waterfront but not directly overlooking the sea.

This north facing suite features garden views, a lounge/dining area, LCD TV, DVD player and a fully equipped kitchen. The suites are located upstairs and have a sea view from the shared balcony but are not directly facing the waterfront.
